Hang Out With Some Writers
Being a writer is lonely business.  You sit down and work in a world that, at least while you're writing it, is completely your own mind's work.   Here are some places to go and tap into experiences, get general ideas of how the publishing world works, or just talk to someone who understands what being a writer is like.

Here's some places that I have found friendly and helpful.  They're great resources, and wonderful places to make some new friends.

Gotta Write Network ( www.gottawritenetwork.com )  is a place with many resources.  You can join the group, or attend one of several weekly chats.

If you are on AOL, there is a nifty Paranormal Chat.  It's Tuesdays from 9-10pm Eastern in the Printed Word Chat Room.

Writer to Writer, Friday nights, usually 9-10 PM Eastern.  You don't have to be an IUniverse author to attend, nor do you have to register.
